Facilities Maintenance Manager Overview
The Facility Maintenance Manager will be responsible for both facilities in Theodore, Alabama and Brewton, Alabama. They will oversee supervising a team of maintenance technicians, split between the two facilities. They will coordinate maintenance tasks of great variety such as preventative maintenance planning, ensuring operation of machinery, upkeep of the facilities, as well as resourcing vendors for needed materials and machine maintenance. They will be a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. They must be well-rounded individuals who can perform and oversee technicians who can efficiently work on a variety of equipment, executing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance. The expectation is to work with the technicians as well as manage the team.
