The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Service Director, this role aids in the administration of employee health and welfare plans and acts as a liaison between employees and insurance providers, helping to ensure issue resolution, effective use of the plans, and positive employee relations. This position supports new and ongoing HR initiatives by providing analytical analyses, data entry, and project management support. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
This position is currently a hybrid role. 3 days in office, 2 remote.
