Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator role based at the Homewood Suites Raleigh Crabtree in Raleigh, NC. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Front Office Team with day-to-day tasks such as preparing sales documents, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining sales records, and providing administrative support to the Sales department.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in sales support or similar administrative roles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
- PEP experience desired, not required
