Provides support for loan servicing and loan maintenance supporting residential portfolio and secondary market servicing, commercial, consumer direct and indirect.

Essential Functions
Sales and Service
· Provides support for loan servicing and loan maintenance supporting residential, commercial, consumer direct and indirect portfolio loans.
Position Knowledge
· Ensure the proper reporting and recording of all monies collected/due that are associated with the real estate portfolio, including but not limited to: Attorney fees, appraisal fees, mortgage insurance premiums, flood certifications and real estate taxes
· Process loan payoffs. Forward paid loan notes and discharges with corresponding recording to the Registry of Deeds in a prompt and timely manner.
· Review account notification changes
· Prepare and submit monthly PMI, hazard tracking, Life/disability premiums to the appropriate vendors
· Other duties as assigned

· Directly contribute to the growth of the organization by achieving corporate and personal sales goals.
· Provides coverage for other lending personnel during absences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
