What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Accounts Payable Analyst position at GFB?
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
To prepare and process all accounts payable checks. This includes coding the invoices and expense
reports to the correct expense accounts, entering the invoices into the Freedom AJP system and
printing checks and preparing journal entries.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
To balance deposits received to deposits recorded, issue disbursements, and perform end of the month
procedures. All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three years accounting experience and spreadsheet knowledge required. Word processor, database
and general ledger/accounts payable experience preferred. Knowledge of TAM, Microsoft Office and
Freedom are a plus.
