- Develop and implement reliability programs, including failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and total productive maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement best practices in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) utilization.
- Collaborate with plant engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure consistency and standardization in reliability operations.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize maintenance and reliability strategies.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in reliability engineering, validation, or maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
