Sales Specialist

70 - 80k base 5-20% commission (earning potential $100K )
About the Role:
A well-established warehouse equipment supplier is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships. This role requires someone with industry knowledge in warehousing and material handling equipment, who can identify potential clients, walk into a warehouse, and confidently sell solutions that improve operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development – Identify, target, and build relationships with warehouse managers and business owners.
- Consultative Sales Approach – Understand client needs and recommend the right equipment solutions.
- Competitive Strategy – Stay ahead of industry competitors and use market knowledge to drive sales.
- Revenue Generation – Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strong client management.
Who We're Looking For:
-Proven Sales Experience – At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in warehouse or industrial equipment.
-Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of material handling equipment and warehouse operations.
-Relationship-Oriented – Confident in engaging with decision-makers and building long-term business connections.
-Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – Ability to work independently, manage leads, and close deals.
