Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in venipuncture, blood specimen collection, and processing for PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, IV therapy, and other medical aesthetic treatments. Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and blood draws efficiently and with minimal discomfort to clients.
- Prepare and process blood samples for PRP therapy and IV hydration treatments.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
- Educate clients on pre/post-procedure care for blood-related treatments.
- Work closely with the medical team to ensure safe and effective procedures.
- Properly document patient interactions and procedures in medical records.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all phlebotomy-related equipment and treatment areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a spa-like environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Phlebotomy Certification (CPT, PBT, RPT, or equivalent) (Preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical, lab, or medical spa setting (Preferred).
- Experience with PRP therapy, IV therapy, and centrifuge use (Preferred but not required—training available).
- CPR/BLS Certification (Required).
- Strong knowledge of bloodborne pathogens, infection control, and OSHA safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client comfort and safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
