As an Account Executive at GH Advertising you will support client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with senior account team members and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality advertising solutions. You will benefit from working with a team of experienced, award-winning professionals who will provide mentorship and leadership to help you in every way possible to achieve success.

- Acting as the hub of communication for both the client and the agency.
- Proactively managing accounts by recognizing and anticipating needs and engaging team members to deliver solutions.
- Managing campaigns and facilitating communication from kick-off to post-completion reporting.
- Meeting with clients to understand objectives and ensuring teams receive clear direction.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Facilitating a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Taking feedback from clients, supervisors, and the creative team and implementing or mediating differences.
- Creating project estimates and managing budgets
- Monitoring and enforcing the timing of all client projects.
Requirements
Experience, skills, knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related major.
- 1-2 years of advertising agency experience required.
- Proven communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Detail oriented and collaborative nature.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time for client meetings as needed.
- Hybrid position located in GH Advertising’s downtown corporate headquarters at the F.N.B. tower.
- In office requirement of 2-3 days a week or as needed for client meetings.
