As a Senior Account Executive, you will facilitate communication between the client and the agency and foster collaboration between agency teams to lead clients to the agency’s best thinking in partnership with Account Management leadership. A Senior Account Executive is an approachable and highly responsive, reliable resource in everything that relates to the client, the relationship and their business. In this role, you will benefit from working with a team of experienced, award-winning professionals who will provide mentorship and leadership to help you in every way possible to achieve success.

- Acting as the hub of communication for both the client and the agency.
- Manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners active in the day-to-day execution of integrated projects and manage up appropriately.

- Continued communication efforts from kick-off to post-completion results for all client campaigns.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the client’s brand, objectives and operations to successfully accomplish deliverables that meet client deadlines.
- Managing client presentations and proposals, including strategic set-up and rationales, making sure all components are in line with the brand.
- Developing, monitoring and enforcing the timing of all client projects.
- Establishing and regulating campaign budgets and timelines.
- Apply independent, critical thinking and contribute ideas in cross-functional team settings across creative, strategy, media and production disciplines.
Requirements
Experience, skills, knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 years of advertising agency experience.
- Capable of effectively articulating both strategic recommendations and detailed tactical plans.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships and partner with diverse teams and mid-senior level client leads.
- An ability to understand and analyze performance metrics.
- Proven communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time for client meetings as needed.
- Hybrid position located in GH Advertising’s downtown headquarters at the F.N.B. tower. In office requirement of 2-3 days a week or as needed for client meetings.
