Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional projects, including product launches, facility expansions, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.
- Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues and risks proactively.
- Implement and maintain project management software and tools to track progress, manage resources, and facilitate communication.
- Team Management
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing project management team.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

- 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the cannabis industry or a highly regulated sector is strongly preferred.
- PMP Certification or equivalent required.
