REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
The Real Estate Asset Manager is responsible for the
supervision of the operation of multiple properties. The Manager will be tasked
with conducting risk analyses, preparing financial reports, reviewing policies
and developing strategies to maximize the asset’s potential. This requires
successful communication with existing and potential clients, the supervision
of multiple sites and diverse personnel, fiscal oversight including income
maximization, preparing and executing plans and budgets and operation of
properties to meet our goals. The position is responsible for overseeing the
maintenance and occupancy of a large number of commercial properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
and duties include but are not limited to the below.
- Manage
all aspects of assigned properties
and oversee contract vendors
a positive, productive relationship with tenants
receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
properties personnel and assess its performance
financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business
opportunities
tenants concerns or issues in a timely manner
and manage budgets
rent, and handle late payments when necessary
records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
sites on a regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years in commercial property management or a similar
role
Understanding property management and its financial aspects
In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding
property management
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Customer service oriented
