The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following experience:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of this brand new lease up community. A heavy emphasis on marketing and preference for experience in LEASE UPS is given. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and profitability of the property.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards, grounds are to be kept clean and with good curb appeal.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates. Follow up on all leads.
- Handle resident issues, inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with accuracy.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance.
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
- Obtain and maintain an occupancy of 95% or higher.
- Maintain Impeccable curb appeal of the property.
- Negotiate leases and rental agreements with new and existing tenants.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance resident satisfaction, host open houses and resident events.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and fair housing regulations
- Proficient in using property management software.
- Proven track record in facilities management, including property maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent marketing skills to attract new tenants and secure lease agreements
- Exceptional customer service skills to effectively address tenant inquiries and concerns.
