Green Harvest Capital is seeking a reliable and personable Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations across our Akron-area properties. This role will assist with leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and record-keeping, ensuring smooth and professional property management services.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain accurate property records, including leasing activity, usage, maintenance costs, permits, and availability.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and municipal contacts.
- Use AppFolio to assist with applications, screenings, lease execution, rent collection, notices, evictions, and work orders.
- Support the Property Manager in handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and enforce community guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in property tours, explain lease terms, and highlight community features to prospective tenants.
- Help manage collections for rent, deposits, fees, and other operating expenses.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in property management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with property management platforms such as AppFolio.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
