We are hiring for a new North America Fleet Specialist that will oversee all aspects of vehicle management, including acquisition, maintenance, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.

This role can be based anywhere a GHD office is in either the U.S or Canada.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fleet Operations Management :
Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of fleet vehicles.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT and OSHA standards.
Monitor and control fleet expenses, including fuel, repairs, and insurance.
Track vehicle performance and maintenance schedules.
Liaison with vehicle drivers in each office
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
