Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated NA & UK Compensation Specialist to join our team. This role will provide trusted and researched advice, analytics and governance in regard to compensation frameworks and strategies. The role will also contribute to the development of global people compensation strategies, policies and processes.

This position can be based in Vancouver, CA, Toronto, CA or any western / central office in the US

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in :
- Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures
- Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll, market pay,and employee engagement analyses and insights; draft employee communications and management briefings; help prepare line-management decision-making tools.
- Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data
- Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs
- Contribute to the drafting of HR compensation frameworks

Salary range : $86,240 to $129,360 depending on background and experience
