This role will oversee the coordination of financial operations related to grant management, working closely with other key departments. The Finance Manager will focus on ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and effective utilization of grant funding while contributing to organizational strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with program teams to develop grant budgets and forecast program expenses for annual budgets.
- Create and implement processes to optimize grant spending and monitor time-sensitive funding allocations.
- Manage monthly invoicing and financial reporting for public and private grants.
- Monitor grant expenditures against budgets, maintaining accurate tracking and compliance.
- Oversee grant audit processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and grant compliance requirements.
- Prior/Current grants management experience within a nonprofit organization
- Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
- Expertise in financial analysis, grant management, and compliance.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
