About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our IT team and provide advanced technical support, system administration, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting, network administration, and IT security, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT environment.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office.

  • Provide expert-level support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, as well as hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems across workstations, servers, and cloud-based applications.
  • Maintain and administer Windows and macOS environments, including Google Workspaces and cloud services.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Oversee IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, data encryption, and access control.
  • Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support software deployment, patch management, and remote desktop services.
  • Train and mentor junior IT support staff to enhance overall IT capabilities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to maintain IT services and procurement.

About You :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
  • Expertise in Windows and Mac interfaces, Google Suite, and Office 365 Administration.

  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Bash, or Python for automation and scripting.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or CompTIA Security are a plus.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Proficient with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

  • Our total compensation for this position can range from $115,000 - $130,000. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
