The Scheduling Associate position is an in-person role at our Capital Hill Office.
Responsibilities
· Functions as a receptionist (answers phones, greets the public, directs visitors)
· Schedule and confirm appointments for client and prospect meetings by email and phone
· Coordinate outreach to prospective clients and business partners
· Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes and tools
· Manage multiple team members calendars, including making reservations if needed
· Maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment for employees and clients
