Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs, such as heart rate and blood pressure, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN (Registered Nurse) in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU settings
- Strong knowledge of critical care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
