When you join us for the winter, you earn $30.00 - $35.00/hour. You work as long as the snow is falling, and we'll give you as many hours as possible. If you demonstrate an excellent work ethic and excel in this role, you could join us full-time in the spring! THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING AN EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - SNOW SHOVELER

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a 24/7 on-call position, and you start working once the first inch of snow is on the ground.

YOUR PART-TIME ROLE:

You are essential in ensuring safety and accessibility during winter storms, and you immediately hit the road once the call comes in to get to work. While the storm rages, you skillfully operate equipment to clear properties and driving pathways. You work until the snow stops falling, delivering outstanding service while in the field. You maintain your equipment and ensure it's in peak condition for rapid response.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of loader experience
• Valid driver's license
• Punctuality and reliability

A high school degree or equivalent would be preferred. Military experience would be a bonus!
