North Atlantic Snow is seeking a motivated skid steer operator for the 2024-2025 winter season!
- Pay rate is $24-$30 per hour depending on experience.
The Snow Skid Steer Operator is responsible for plowing snow with a well-maintained, late model skid steer at one of our many commercial accounts. Experience operating small equipment is required. Snow-related equipment experience is a plus, but we will also train good operators with the right attitude . Our seasoned management team prepares a detailed storm plan before every event and communicates this plan 48 hours or more leading up to it. You will always know where to go, what to do, and who to ask when you need help.

Requirements : Qualifications :
We are preferably looking for candidates with 2 years plow / operator experience in snow and ice management but will train veteran operators who have little snow experience. The pay rate is dependent on experience, as well as the position in the company. Ideally employees work all required hours during storms, but we are flexible for high performing employees who are students, parents, and those with other jobs.
