At Giant Noise, the Paid Media Manager plays a critical role in executing and optimizing paid and organic social media strategies across various platforms. Our growing digital marketing team is seeking a strategic thinker, experienced in paid media campaign management with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, analytics, and ad building, coupled with strong client services acumen and the ability to manage campaigns that drive client ROI.

The Paid Media Manager will be part of a collaborative and driven team, working with a growing and diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact paid media strategies for both innovative Texas-based brands and national organizations looking to tap into expanding markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Paid & Organic Social Media Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social and digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google.
  • Support organic social media efforts, ensuring an integrated strategy that enhances client visibility and engagement.
  • Manage client campaigns across multiple industries, developing audience-targeted media strategies.
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels and conversion events to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement.
  • Monitor audience engagement and optimize targeting to improve client ROI.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee ad trafficking and ensure proper configuration of campaigns across all platforms.
  • Continuously refine campaigns through A / B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and budget allocations.
  • Leverage platform insights and reporting tools to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
  • Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, presenting performance insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize reporting dashboards and Google Sheets to compile clear and comprehensive reports.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

    Experience & Technical Skills

  • 3 years of experience in paid social media campaign management
  • Strong understanding of audience building, custom segmentation, and retargeting strategies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ad managers, audience segmentation, pixel setup, and attribution tracking; experience with a variety of paid media reporting tools used for analysis
  • Expertise in Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and Brand Watch, etc.
  • Highly desired : knowledge of LinkedIn, Programmatic, Review Sites, YouTube, OOH, CTV, offline channels, and additional media-buying platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.

  • Proactively identifies challenges and solutions, demonstrating agility and a solutions-focused approach
  • WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

  • Physical Demands : Sitting 85% of the time, standing 15% of the time.
  • Working Hours : Typically, work hours are from 9 : 00 AM CST to 6 : 00 PM CST, Mondays through Fridays. Availability to work as needed on nights and weekends may be required.
  • Physical Ability : Capable of lifting 20-50 lbs. as necessary.
  • Manual Dexterity : Regular use of hands and fingers for computer use.
  • Sensory Function : Everyday use of vision and auditory senses, including exposure to blue light from computers.
  • Environment : Work primarily indoors in an environmentally controlled setting. However, occasional travel and the ability to work in-office and on-site for client related meetings and events may be necessary.
  • Communication : Daily communication with peers, media, and clients is essential to the role.
  • Cognitive Demands : Ability to maintain cognitive thinking and logical reasoning throughout tasks and responsibilities.
