As a Server at Gibbet Hill Grill, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Server candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff using our POS.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Check on guests frequently to ensure their needs are met and they are enjoying their experience.
- Provide recommendations for menu items and specials, and beverages.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
