Leading global Credit Investment Management and Private Equity firm is seeking a CLO Analyst with 2–6 years of relevant experience in CLO operations at a buy-side firm, trustee, accounting firm, or service provider. This role focuses on overseeing day-to-day management of the firm’s CLO platform, ensuring compliance with indentures, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and reconcile monthly CLO trustee reports and quarterly waterfall distribution reports.
• Conduct “hypothetical trade” testing using WSO compliance modules to support the trading desk.
• Collaborate with trustees on operational issues and manage flow of funds at closings.
• Provide Portfolio Managers with daily cash balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in loan settlements during CLO ramp-up periods.
• Support analysts with restructuring, amendments, exchanges, and corporate actions to ensure compliance with governing documents.
Qualifications:
• 2–6 years of experience in CLO operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with expertise in bank loans and CLO structured credit products.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Wall Street Office (WSO) is a plus.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
