Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate? Gibson & Grein Real Estate Network is looking for a Listing Coordinator to manage our listings from the initial presentation to going under contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at communication, and love ensuring every detail is perfect, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the listing process from start to finish
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless transactions
- Prepare and review listing agreements and documentation
- Organize and schedule photography, staging, and marketing materials
- Ensure all listings are accurately entered and updated in the MLS and internal systems
- Monitor deadlines and compliance to keep listings on track
- Drop off listing signs and lockboxes as needed
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain clear communication throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
- Real estate experience preferred (or a strong administrative background)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software (experience with KW Command is a plus)
- A positive attitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
