We are looking for an accomplished litigator with at least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, including complex commercial disputes, breach of contract cases, DTPA, and fraud. The ideal applicant will have a thorough comprehension of civil procedure, evidence, trial advocacy, and a track record of real court appearances.

What that means is, when the work day / week is over, your time off is your own. Our hourly requirements are reasonable and our compensation is competitive. We are open to percentage arrangements as well.
