ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE
Gibson Plumbing Company, established in 1954, is a full service residential and multifamily plumbing company serving San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Houston and surrounding areas providing quality plumbing services.
Gibson Plumbing is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detailed orientated and dependable Accounts Payable Associate for our San Antonio location.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for high volume payables including three-way invoice matching
- Demanding proven data entry skills
- Accuracy is required
- Ability to meet deadlines is a must
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess at least 3 years office/college
- Excellent analytical skills including verbal and written communication
- Computer literacy to include intermediate to advanced aptitude in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient to accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and the expertise to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to maintain high job standards possessing initiative and working efficiently to complete assigned tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Plumbing, construction project and/or Sage 100 experience are a plus
