What will you do?
- Review guest event requests and requirements and determine the next steps to take
- Work with the Sales Manager to create long-term planning and execution of event arrangements
- Partner with the food and beverage department to organize the catering needs of events
- Coordinate and host event rehearsals
- Conduct a pre-and post-event briefing to ensure all departments understand the standards of the event
More about you
- Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in hospitality, sales or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift, balance, and move up to 35 pounds
