Job Purpose
The Erlowest is hiring a Coordinator for the Weddings & Events Department.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Willing to train
- Must have a high energy personality, extremely organized, strong customer service skills, and a love of events and hospitality.
- Coordinate with clients on event planning and details, including food and beverage packages.
- Required to be on site day-of, be available to clients for entire day and work with banquet team to ensure clients have an amazing experience.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 100% adherence to the work schedule is expected.
- Compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
- Adherence to all state and local laws/regulations concerning the sale of alcohol.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Working Conditions
- May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on outlet.
- Varied weather conditions are expected.
- Varying schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as business dictates.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
- Frequent walking with some lengthy standing at times
- May be asked to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
