Project Manager

Gienapp Architects is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Danvers, MA. As Project Manager, you will be the staff member with primary responsibility for the execution of design and project documents. The ideal candidate will understand all of the projects technical needs and elements. Come join us as we continue on our path of successful projects, happy clients and steady growth.

Responsibilities

Control project from start to finish to ensure a high quality, innovative, and functional

design

Develop ideas and solutions built around our clients needs

Ensure all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations

Manage and direct the project team, delegating relevant tasks

Keep track of the project schedule and budget

Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

Professional degree required (Bachelors or Masters of Architecture from an NAAB

accredited program)

Registered Architect or actively working on registration.

7 years experience on project teams

7 years of responsibility for drawing and specification production

Familiarity with Revit strongly preferred

Strong technical knowledge of building detailing

Familiarity with Massachusetts public bidding a plus
