The Client Services Program Manager leads high-impact, cross-functional programs within the Client Services team. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to engage with global stakeholders across technical and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track orders, manage escalations, monitor program metrics, and support prioritization.
- Define and manage communication strategies across teams, regions, and suppliers.
- Standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Use program management tools to create project plans, risk registers, and escalation workflows.
- Apply data to support decision-making and track performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and executive leadership to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
- 10 years of experience in Client Services with a strong program management background.
- Bachelors’ degree required. MBA Preferred.
- Extensive experience working in matrixed global organizations.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies in technical environments.
- Skilled in managing communication with executive stakeholders.
- Strong vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, Excel (Pivot Tables/Data Analysis), Power BI, Slack, MS Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
