">We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our year-long Nurse Residency program. As a New Graduate RN, you will have the opportunity to transition from the classroom to the bedside with confidence, providing direct patient care according to recognized nursing techniques and standards.
">You will actively participate in a team-oriented approach to care for your patients, while communicating in a positive and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include educating patients and their families, clearly and concisely, and working closely with our Nurse Educators to develop your skills and knowledge.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must possess current RN licensure by the State of Vermont and BLS certification. You should also have strong time management abilities and the flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
