We are now working with the largest CMS providers in North America and have multiple large-scale projects which need live deployments in H1 2024. We also have a well performing portfolio of existing customers via our system integrations with LnW, IGT, Konami & Everi.

 

Position Overview:

The Associate Sales Executive (ASR) plays a crucial role in proactively engaging with a targeted list of prospective customers within the gaming industry. Your primary objective will be to generate interest and awareness about our solutions and services, driving sales and revenue growth for Gift & Go. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and may have opportunities to attend gaming-related tradeshows to support lead generation efforts. Industry experience/ knowledge is preferred. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Build rapport quickly with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of Gift & Go’s solutions, articulating how our offerings address customer challenges and needs.
  • Qualify leads and create opportunities for the sales team to further engage and close.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of outreach activities and follow-up efforts.
  • Update CRM on a regular basis.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Potentially represent Gift & Go at gaming-related tradeshows to engage with prospects.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and foster relationships with prospective customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Passionate about sales, customer engagement, and driving business growth.
  • 1 years in a sales position a plus.
