Salary : $110,000-$120,000 USD Annually
TheGiftedHealthcareDirectorofOperationsandAccountManagementisresponsiblefordirectingdailyoperationalinitiativesanddrivingthegrowth,sales,andfulfillmentstrategyofanassignedteamofAccountExecutivesandStaffers,toachieveandexceedregionalgrowthobjectives.
Thispositionisremoteandcanbebasedoutof NewJerseyorConnecticut.
PrimaryExpectationsandObjectivesoftheDirectorofOperationsandAccountManagement :
- ResponsibleformanagingtheP & Lfortheassignedregion,ensuringrevenuegrowthandprofitabilityinaccordancewithcompanygoalsandobjectives.
- OverseeateamofAccountExecutivesandStaffers,includingoverallresponsibilityfortheserviceandthegrowthoftheirclients.
- Provideleadership,coaching,support,andvisiontoassignedregionalteamandsupportacreative,collaborative,teamworkapproachthatalignswithourcorevaluesandourGiftedmission.
- CollaboratedailywiththeDirectorofRecruitmenttoidentifytopfulfillmentopportunitiesacrossallservicelines,andthendevelopandimplementstrategicplanstoexceedfulfillmenttargets.
- Monitorclientsatisfactionandfulfillmenttoimprovecustomerserviceandretention.
- MonitorfulfillmentandminimizemissedPRNopportunitieswithinthedesignatedregion.
- CollaboratewithVP,Operations,VP,Sales,andCSIOtodrivesalessupportforgrowthandmanagementofclientrelationships.
- Responsibleforreviewingindividualperformanceontheassignedteam ; DevelopingandutilizingKPIsandmetricstohelpmanageperformance.
- Assess,implement,andadviseleadershiponallproductioninitiativesincludingtheuseofbestpractices,systems,andapproaches.
- Ensuretheteammeetsandexceedsperformancetargetsthatimpactmarketshare,revenuegrowth,andoveralldesignatedprofitgoalachievement.
- LeveragetechnologytoolssuchasCTM,HUBSPOT,Basecamp,DH,LiquidCompass,andallMStoolstodrivebusiness.
- Collect,analyze,andinterpretbusinessmetricdata / reportstoidentifyspecificcriticalkeyindicatorsforprocessimprovementopportunitiesleadingtooptimumbusinessoutcomesforindividualandteamperformancemanagement.
- Providetimelyandconsultativefeedbacktoleadershipregardingclientsandsalesprocess.
- Visitclientsasneeded.
- EnsurecompliancewithdocumentationinCTMandadherenceoftheteamwithworkrules.
- ResponsibletoIdentifycompany / teamareasforimprovementonanongoingbasis.
- Interviewforopenrolesontheteamandassistintrainingtheteamtothehighestlevelofproduction.
- ProvidesuperbinternalandexternalcustomerserviceandpromoteandexemplifyGiftedHealthcaresvaluesDiverse,Resilient,Compassionate,Inclusive,Fun.
PositionRequirements :
The salary range for this position is $110,000$120,000, with the final offer dependent on your skills, experience, location, and level of expertise.
