Salary : $50K-$54K
About the Role :
Were looking for a proactive and collaborative Associate Account Manager & Marketing Coordinator to support and grow our prescriber relationships. In this role, youll manage day to day account needs, drive engagement, and help shape how we communicate with our partners and their patients. In this role you will also handle day to day marketing needs such as shipping marketing materials and quick edits for the sales and account management team.
Responsibilities
Account Management (80%)
Communicate internally to resolve issues presented by processes or clients
Address client questions and problem solve issues
Help account managers onboard and organize new clients / update existing clients
Conduct research on prospective and existing clients
Update internal databases with account information
Conduct reporting for existing clients
Set issue resolution meetings with clients for AM
Marketing Coordination (20%)
Collaborate with marketing team to distribute prescriber facing and patient-facing materials
Update marketing materials as needed for the account management team
Gather feedback from account to shape future marketing strategies and content
Skills
Attention to detail to ensure clients receive the correct advice and support
Problem-solving skills to help clients who may experience issues
Ability to think creatively when producing marketing material and helping prepare for meetings
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills to provide effective support internally and externally
Computer skills including Microsoft suite, CRMs, Google Suite.
Ability to explain products and concepts clearly and concisely to clients
What Does Success Look Like
Answer requests in a timely manner.
Understand Gifthealths service offerings at a high level.
Properly handle onboarding backend work for a diverse range of accounts.
Be able to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Be able to effectively answer process questions by internal teams.
Be able to make process enhancement suggestions.
Support offices from a reporting standpoint.
