About The Role
In the Growth Marketing Manager position, you will report into the CEO and work closely with the leadership team. You will be a people manager who leads business development strategies and lead generation, as well as analyzes and reports metrics, creates and manages the marketing budget in alignment with company goals, and creates and implements marketing policies and campaigns to defrost cold leads. This role will require a blend of strategic content generation for websites and social media, marketing strategy, creativity, and most importantly hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop go-to-market and full funnel sales strategy, value proposition, and product marketing strategies for B2B technologies that compels customers to buy
- Conduct and analyze market research and competitive intelligence to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of SEO and marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
- Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing
- Accurately forecast and predict prospect and MQL growth
- Create visually appealing, informative content and leverage social media and ads to strategically grow the business
- Create and manage a budget that meets company goals for pipeline growth
- Work closely with sales to optimize conversion and expansion of leads
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership
- Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies
- Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows
- Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy
- Supervise and manage 1 direct report (Graphic Designer)
- Travel expectation 25%
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years experience in B2B sales/marketing/business development role
- A deep understanding of SaaS products, like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven data-driven sales and marketing experience
- Strategic thinking and hands-on execution of marketing analytics, campaigns, and content-generation; strong understanding of Google Analytics
- Ability to come up with creative and resourceful solutions to solve ambiguous problems
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices
- Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish
