Treasury Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing cash flow, banking operations, payments, and financial risk, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update daily bank balances to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Execute internal bank account transfers, manage payment schedules and tax schedules, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
- Lead monthly bank reconciliations, verify account balances, and allocate bank fees to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure all financial operations, including payments, reconciliations, and filings, are completed on time and in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow management, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and enhance financial processes.
- Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and improve banking operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or treasury required.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion in handling financial information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make independent decisions, and meet deadlines.
- Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to commute daily to the office.
