What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Specialist position at Advantex Professional Services?
We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst for a well-established mortgage company located in Anaheim.
Position will be working onsite and hours are 8am to 5pm.
Key responsibilities for the Treasury Analyst:
- Responsible for processing individual and bulk wire request daily
- Handle any wire issues and resolve issues with the funding team and warehouse banks
- Prepare and process payment request including wires, ACH and account transfers
- Resolve any exceptions/issues and complete funding by adding Fed references numbers in Loan Origination System
- Monitor and handle decision regarding the positive pay exceptions in a timely manner
Key Requirements for the Treasury Analyst:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- 3 years of treasury experience
- Loan funding experience is highly desired
- Keen eye for detail and highly-organized
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel - vlookup/pivot tables
- Experience in mortgage or financial service industry required
Salary : $29 - $30
