What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Manager position at GigaParts?
Position Summary:
As a member of the leadership team, this Floor Manager position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities, schedules and assignments of the IT Service department staff and activities to support the General Manager in achieving a profitable store location to include MOD shifts/responsibilities.
Overall Duties:
o Oversee staff and fulfills staffing needs for regular store hours, as well as special events or high -traffic times.
o Build a collaborative relationship with General Manager and fellow managers to consistently exemplify outstanding company culture
o Supports maintaining and motivating a positive sales team
o Support recruiting efforts through attending in-store recruiting events
o Responsible for the management of the service department to include profitability of services, rentals, returns and personalization.
o Actively listen to customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.
o Partner with the Warehouse team to: ensure policies and procedures for product transfers, support E-COMM orders and manage loss prevention through inventory controls
o Continuously developing knowledge of category products to ensure company maintains best practices, makes recommendations to improve product mix and supports overall customer satisfaction in GigaParts business model
o Maintains the highest standards of quality and service.
o Maintains overall store organization and cleanliness.
o Opening and/or closing the store as needed
o Embraces and promotes GigaParts’ mission, vision and values.
o All other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
· Two years of related experience as a supervisor or manager in business or related fields

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of both desk work and walking, lifting and squatting
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
· Full-time: Minimum 50 hours a week, must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store
(to include opening/closing, Saturday and Sunday shifts)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
