What You Will Do
- Oversee invoice processing, 3-way matching, and payment runs
- Perform AP reconciliations and deposit tracking
- Manage vendor relations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports (aging, accruals, cash flow)
- Ensure ERP (NetSuite) accuracy and support system upgrades
- Collaborate with Procurement & Receiving for compliance
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- 5 years AP experience, including 2 years AR
- Expertise in 3-way matching in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in NetSuite & Excel
- Experience in public companies & commercial aviation IFEC
- Knowledge of Agile & project scheduling (MS Project
