Overview
The Project Coordinator performs administrative responsibilities for the project teams under close supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provides overall administrative support to the Project Manager
- Assists the Project Engineer with log maintenance
- Attends and documents weekly staff meetings
- Assists Superintendents as requested
- Assists the Project Manager/Project Engineers with monthly report production
- Assists Project Manager/Superintendent with safety statistics monthly report
- Assists Project Manager/Project Engineer in the documentation of punch listing process
- Coordinates reproduction of contract documents, submittals, and blueprinting requests
- Implements and maintains project filing system
- Assists with other responsibilities as determined by the Project Executive/Project Manager
- Maintains Gilbane inventory

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- High School diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in the field or related area
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction projects
- Knowledge of Procore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong technical and communication skills
