- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and develop corrective action plans to address root causes.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to identify and resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate records of cycle counts, adjustments, and inventory transactions.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and report on cycle count results.
- Support the implementation of inventory control policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management practices.
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on best practices for inventory handling and counting procedures.
- Assist in the development of inventory forecasting models to support purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on cycle count performance and recommendations for improvement to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or cycle counting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
