Cycle Count Analyst

• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Analyze inventory discrepancies and develop corrective action plans to address root causes.

• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to identify and resolve inventory issues.

• Maintain accurate records of cycle counts, adjustments, and inventory transactions.

• Utilize inventory management software to track and report on cycle count results.

• Support the implementation of inventory control policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management practices.

• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on best practices for inventory handling and counting procedures.

• Assist in the development of inventory forecasting models to support purchasing decisions.

• Prepare and present reports on cycle count performance and recommendations for improvement to management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or cycle counting.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
