What you will do:
- Supervise and lead a team of Cycle Count Analysts in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Develop and implement cycle count schedules to ensure timely and accurate inventory verification.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the team to develop and execute corrective action plans.
- Maintain comprehensive records of cycle count activities, results, and adjustments for reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures across the organization.
- Train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and methodologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address inventory issues and improve overall inventory accuracy.
- Utilize inventory management software to monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle counting processes and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including inventory accuracy metrics and improvement recommendations, to senior management.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or cycle counting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
