We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive sales while maintaining the highest standards of service.

This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or high-volume medical retail settings who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Duties

• Team Leadership & Performance Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage front office & clinical staff

Sales & Business Growth:

• Manage lead follow-up and patient conversion process—responding to inquiries within 5 minutes
• Oversee in-clinic sales, consultations, and treatment plan execution
• Track and analyze KPIs daily to ensure the clinic is meeting revenue goals

Operations & Clinic Efficiency:

• Ensure all policies & procedures are met for compliance and operational success
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
• Oversee scheduling, patient follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
• Handle inventory management, ordering, and supply control

Marketing & Community Engagement (Bonus):

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, events, and social media initiatives
• Develop partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
• Foster a positive, drama-free work environment focused on productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and coach team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Conduct performance reviews and hold staff accountable for their roles

Skills

• ✅ 2 years of management experience in a Medical Spa, Plastic Surgery Center, high-volume medical retail setting, or franchise system

✅ Proven track record in sales & consultations—must be comfortable discussing treatment plans, closing sales, and coaching staff on sales techniques✅ Experience managing KPIs

(Key Performance Indicators) and performance metrics to drive revenue and clinic growth✅ Strong background in EMR & Scheduling Software (Aesthetics Pro, Jane, or similar)✅ Proven ability to lead and develop a team—front desk, medical providers, and sales staff✅ Experience in hiring, training, onboarding, and managing performance✅ Inventory management experience—tracking, ordering, and maintaining product supply✅ Marketing & social media knowledge is a plus! (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, graphic design)✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonusQualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
