Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Specialist to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, patient intake ans insurance, answer phone calls, collect and post payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, a team player, is organized and capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms, Verify insurance, collect and post payments
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Administrative functions that include but are not limited to data entry, photocopying, faxing and obtaining records, sending referrals, ordering supplies, filing, daily appointment prepping
- Assist with patient treatments as needed
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Work well with a team
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
Salary : $18 - $20
