As our Office Manager - Sales Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring the office runs smoothly, managing customer relations, and overseeing administrative tasks such as processing DMV paperwork and maintaining inventory records. You will assist customers with their vehicle purchases, handle insurance claims, and guide potential buyers through the application process. You'll also manage office compliance with dealership policies and state regulations, while also taking part in sales, reviewing leads, and following up with customers. Your role is integral in ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service and that our automotive dealership operates efficiently.
