Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding venue availability, event details, and services offered.
Provide informative and engaging tours of the venue for prospective clients.
Oversee events, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with client needs.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and guests.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or event coordination is a plus.
Must be flexible and willing to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.
Hours:
Flexible; no set weekly hours. Occasional evening and weekend availability required. Need someone that can help
