A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER : DESIGN, BUILD, REMODEL
As a Project Manager : Design, Build, Remodel, you coordinate our construction operations and our field crew to help ensure we always do a fantastic job. Before every project, you create accurate job estimates for the work and write detailed proposals to explain labor and material costs. You strive to appeal to each individual client in order to bring in more business to our company.
When we land a project, you are then responsible for managing the work and ensuring everything goes off without a hitch. You diligently oversee the crew and subcontractors as they work, promptly addressing any safety concerns or quality problems you notice. When needed, you roll up your sleeves and help complete the project yourself. You find great satisfaction in watching our remodels come together, and you take pride in leading our team to complete excellent work!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROJECT MANAGER : DESIGN, BUILD, REMODEL
