Description:
We are currently seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative. This position generates sales leads and schedules appointments for our sales team. You will work as a liaison between potential customers and our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Identify Leads: Find new and existing customers who may be interested in buying a vehicle.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails and website requests.
- Schedule Appointments: Set up appointments for the Sales Team.
- Follow Up: Contact customers who have expressed interest in buying, or who have missed an appointment.
- Maintain relationships: Keep in touch with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Promote Sales: Implement marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
- Learn About Products: Stay up to date on product features, inventory, and accessories.
- Provide Information: Give customers information about products or services
- Attend Training: Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
